Ha ha, this weekend short of went up the wall.
I started to lose again then bam.. one night out drinking and eating late as caused me to gain 2lbs.
I had lost another pound by the Friday as well.
I have becaome a little lax since coming back from holiday and it shows how easy it is to put on.
When I get to my target of 11st I would need to be chained to the scales for the rest of my life...constantly monitoring my weight to mak sure I was not gaining.
For this week I am just having slim shake in the morning and for dinner cerial and when we get back have tea before 7pm.
If I could decrease my calorie intake to 1500 this would be ideal.
Keep my training the same as well and I should see some improvements!!!
I have another 2stone to lose that is for sure.
I have lost it beforee, I just have to do it again.
This week I am really focused on this.
I am going to see if I can lose 3lb this week and another 3lb next week.
I have lost 7lb before in 2 weeks so it should be possible if I really go for it!!
Going away this August looks doubtfull if there are no planes flying it would be pretty spectular if they were not running by then though!!!
I want to go away in August but I want to save some money as well.
I an even going to start teaching in my spare time to make up the money.
