En Espana April2010


BMI 28.28 14st 1lb


Its taken the best part of three weeks to get here again but I have to add that I am more relaxed about the rate that I am losing the weight at.
Come august I could be only 13st and not 12st like I first hoped; but you know what..? I accept this and just knw that I am slowly but surley loosing about 1lb everyweek or there abouts.
This time next week I should be 14st.
13weeks till we go away to Ibiza at 1lb per week that would work out to about 13st.... I feel a target coming on.
Its important to have a target but I dont want to get hung up on it too much.
13stone by August is very easy for me to do I should say and very easy for me to keep an eye on as well.
OK.
This is going to be the target. 1lb a week till August in other words:
Come 30th July 2010 I should be 13 stone.

BMI 28.47 14st 2lbs

Getting there slowly again
I dont feel the pressure like I had before.

I still want to be 13st for August and I think that is very much do-able even with this relaxed attitude.

I know the wii says I should be 11st but to honest 12stone is my actual target I should say.
This time next year we will have to see where I end up.
The last time I was 12 stone was when I was 19 I bet...
I do tend to carry muscle nturally so I think being 11 stone is not my ideal weight.

I didn't expect to lose two pounds so there you go.
Cearial again today and for the rest of the week.
I have a couple of things going on at the moment:

Learn spanish
Get to 11 stone
Raise e10,000 over the next 24 months.

I have decieded to save the money in euros and put it straight on the cash passport, that way when we come to go away I think e10,000 should keep us going for a while!!!!
lol

Dreaming a bit there.

£3,000 and e5,000 is what I would like the have saved during this period.

Ha ha, this weekend short of went up the wall.
I started to lose again then bam.. one night out drinking and eating late as caused me to gain 2lbs.
I had lost another pound by the Friday as well.
I have becaome a little lax since coming back from holiday and it shows how easy it is to put on.
When I get to my target of 11st I would need to be chained to the scales for the rest of my life...constantly monitoring my weight to mak sure I was not gaining.
For this week I am just having slim shake in the morning and for dinner cerial and when we get back have tea before 7pm.
If I could decrease my calorie intake to 1500 this would be ideal.
Keep my training the same as well and I should see some improvements!!!
I have another 2stone to lose that is for sure.
I have lost it beforee, I just have to do it again.
This week I am really focused on this.
I am going to see if I can lose 3lb this week and another 3lb next week.
I have lost 7lb before in 2 weeks so it should be possible if I really go for it!!

Going away this August looks doubtfull if there are no planes flying it would be pretty spectular if they were not running by then though!!!
I want to go away in August but I want to save some money as well.
I an even going to start teaching in my spare time to make up the money.

BMI 28.69 14st 4lb

Lost another ound since yesterday.

11lb to go before I hit my target.

I have given my self 2 months to get to target, but me going on holiday and puting on 6lbs as cost me 2 weeks. hoho.
Noone ever said it was going to be easy.
I guess it shows I should be very carefull when I get to the weight that I want and I stop being so focused on weight loss.
I put on 6lbs as easy as eanything in a week.
Ok, so I was on holiday at the time and that means more eating and drinking than normal; but still, I need o be mindfull.
Come 2012 I want to be 11 stone for Ibiza! I reckon I will have a better chance of finding working there that way.
We have started selling all our stuff already as well. Believe it all not, that alone will take a long time.

Back from holiday.. 14st 5lbs!!!

hoho, I put on 4lbs.
Give a week and I will be back where I was.
Somthing that is kind of concerning is how fast I put that weight on. I wouldnt say I was going crazy and eating loads either.
I was going for walks during the day, so I was pretty active.
I was eating later than normal and bigger portions as well.
I have 12lbs till my next target.
thats nearly 1 stone. lol
I was supposed to be doing it a 7 lbs at a time.
For August Ibiza I want to be 13st or less.
I should be able to do this...
