hoho, I put on 4lbs.
Give a week and I will be back where I was.
Somthing that is kind of concerning is how fast I put that weight on. I wouldnt say I was going crazy and eating loads either.
I was going for walks during the day, so I was pretty active.
I was eating later than normal and bigger portions as well.
I have 12lbs till my next target.
thats nearly 1 stone. lol
I was supposed to be doing it a 7 lbs at a time.
For August Ibiza I want to be 13st or less.
I should be able to do this...
