BMI 26.89 13st 6lb

That BMI is slowly coming down as you can see.
I have changed my training all together at the moment.
I have bought a stepometre from Tesco for about £4.00 and I make sure I step at least 15,000 time a day.
If I can reach 20,000 I am very happy with that.
I have not done any actuall wii-training for over a week but it looks like using the device and just doing Jogging is helping just the same.
I will not be putting on muscle so I should carry on doing at least 20 or 30 press ups a day and maybe some Yoga.. but either way I am able to train anywhere in the flat and watch TV, use the PC play the guitar or even cook and record my results.
I have been told to do at 10,000 a day... ant more then that is bonus.
