BMI 26.95 13st 6lbs

well I had a week off from doing the body test whilest I was not at work and I thought I was going to be back up to 27.50 again.
But not so!
I allways seems to be lighter after the Open MIC night, so every tuesday I make a point of doinga body test.
I have been using a PedoMetre for the last week and I use this to monitor how many calories I use when I jog.
I have compared it to the Wii calorie metre and is is pretty close, so I am happy to use this as a way of makking sure I do enough activity each day.
20,000 steps is my daily target
700 calories as well I try to aim for.

I am reaching a new phase of my training and have needed to do something different to spice things up again.
I will be gigging more and more in the future and just have to make sure I am not having a Kebab after each gig.. which is what we used to do and it is very naughty.
I am hoping to get busier and busier in the future and this should help me loose even more weight I reckon.
I want to get a bit more involved with helping Dale and hopefully this will help me get busier.
