BMI 27.52 13st 10lbs

Still no change.
So for the next 4 weeks I have started to up the game and been getting up earlier as well.
I have cut out puddings again, as I think this was cancelling out my weight loss.
It would be nice if I can shift this final 14 lbs in 4 weeks.
One thing I am glad of is, I have not gained any weight even though I have been eating Chocolate and drinking etc etc.
With a little hard work and focus I can do what I did in Febuary.
My special aim is to get to 12st 7lbs and stay there, any less then that would be a bonus.
I have been doing a lot of training with out the aid of the wii board,.
the sun salutaion, palm tree are the ones I can do any where.

BMI 27.46 13st 10 lbs

We I can safely say one thing, I am not putting on weight at the moment.
I have had a couple of nights where I have been eating late and drinking late as well. On the weekend we ate a bit of Chocolate also.
I keep saying this but all I have do to is for 4 weeks just blitz it again.
I run for 1hr 30mins latest night while watching the footy and the more weight you lose the longer you have to go on before you burn the same amount of calories that I was doing before.
I have been doing more Yoga as well like I said I would.

another hole had to be made in my belt..

I still have not done a body test still since the last time.
I might do one in the morning if I have a good session on the wii tonight.
We are having pasta nice and early then going the mom and dads then back for a good hour of jogging.
I need to make it count so I can be confident that I have not pu weight on.
I would be pretty pissed off if the next body test tells me somehow I have manged to put on body fat.
I am expecting their to be weight loss really. BMI 27.40's at least.
We had a rehersal last night and this tends to burn about 400 calories.
This sunday we will be doing an acoustic jam with an old friend, I am looking foraward to this, I love acoustic music when it is done well.

Hard graft all weekend!!

Over the weekend at moms I had done some hard graft!! and I still managed to do a bit of wii fit as well.
Friday night I had spent the night eating and drinking again round Gaz and Carlys.
So I had to make up for this somehow.
Either way this Friday or sat I will be doing a body test and hopefully I wont be to disappointed.

To scared to body test..... lol

I have had a busy week and in fairness I have been active but not on the wii.
I am going to miss doing body tests for a week but keep the training up and then crunch time do a test.
I have been helping moving heavy items about and stuff for people but it is just the late evening meals which are letting me down.
After the gig at 1130 I had a burger and chips and last night I ate agin a big pasta bake after 20:00.
I did do a 30min jog after and I had walked for an hour after work to the Tecso in Cradley to meet Zoe and Carol.... so its not like I have been doing nothing.
I think I am feeling bad for eating so late after the gig.. I would have burned about 400 cal from the gig at least with all the carrying and stuff as well.
So maybe it isnot that bad.
Either way the next couple of weeks I really need to make an effort to get to the 12st mark.
I am about 13st 9lb's at the moment.
I keep saying it, but I should start running either early in a morning on the weekend or late at night.
I could plot myself a curcuit and run this reguarly, this will help know end.

BMI 27.48!!! 31st 9lb

Bloh bloh!!
Thins weekend I managed to hit the target.
This morning I was BMI 27.55 as well.
I hope tomorrow morning I will be either the same or back to 27.48 again.
I didnt work out that much, but I was moving furniture about for a couple of hours.
That must have burnt 400 calories for sure.
I will do a bit more tonight.
I have activly been doing different types of exercises to try and build up a bit of muscle.
Its ok losing all this fat but I want to have a bit of shap still.
I do feel fitter than ever though.
On saturday I was the lightest I have been in probably 10 years.
It amazing how losing nearly 2.5stone can change you life style.
I feel I can move better and feel more confident in all situations.
It is a good feeling knowing that I am over 2 stone lighter than I was 4 months ago.
The last 2 months have been slow but I am getting there that is for sure.

If only I could have another month of straight forward evening meals at the flat.. nice and early no later than 19:00.
I really think this is the key to how fast I lose the weight.
For the whole of this week I should be having my tea at the flat... I will be in complete control of my evening meal.

I now that the last meal of the day should be the smallest but I like to have it early as possible, no later than 19:00, leaving my body 4 hours to digest the food.. with a bit of wii-fit as well just help burn it off. Do at least 200 calories.

It all come's down to simple maths at the end of the day:

Based on me consuming 2000's a day.

++++40 calories burned on wii fit++++
50 calories in the morning (chocolate drink)
500 calories for dinner (sandwhiches)
800 calories for Tea
+++300calories burned at work+++
++++200 calories burned on wii fit+++


If I can just stick to the above I would sure enough burn 650 calories without the wii fit.
The main meal should always be about 800cal because of how big it is.
At breakfast I have the hot chocolate drink 50cal

I might have a couple of soups during the day, they tend to be about 50cal each
(150cal max)
I dont eat crisps or chocolate during the day, so it all does boil down to that evening meal...
how late we have it...
how many cal I have...
how much wii I do after tea to soften the blow of that last meal.
I can work on the asumption that my body will consume at least 2000cal.
My job is not that active but I reckon with the bit of wii fit I do 2000cal is about right. (83cals an hour)
