I have had a busy week and in fairness I have been active but not on the wii.
I am going to miss doing body tests for a week but keep the training up and then crunch time do a test.
I have been helping moving heavy items about and stuff for people but it is just the late evening meals which are letting me down.
After the gig at 1130 I had a burger and chips and last night I ate agin a big pasta bake after 20:00.
I did do a 30min jog after and I had walked for an hour after work to the Tecso in Cradley to meet Zoe and Carol.... so its not like I have been doing nothing.
I think I am feeling bad for eating so late after the gig.. I would have burned about 400 cal from the gig at least with all the carrying and stuff as well.
So maybe it isnot that bad.
Either way the next couple of weeks I really need to make an effort to get to the 12st mark.
I am about 13st 9lb's at the moment.
I keep saying it, but I should start running either early in a morning on the weekend or late at night.
I could plot myself a curcuit and run this reguarly, this will help know end.
