BMI 26.94 13st 6lbs

Wow, we are getting there again!!!!
Dropped to 2lb, the cycle as changed by the looks of things, what used to be Friday and Sat is now a Tuesday be yht looks of things!!!

BMI 27.14 13st 8lb

Brap brap!!!!

Just when I thought that was a one off.
I am still slowly losing haha, I have been doing some actual jogging as well.
I can jog for 10mins without breaking into sweat which is handy for burning off the calories and building my legs faster.
I have been sticking to a Routine again.. it is 11mins long and a good all rounder for Muscle and stretching yoga poses.

Que dice!!!!

Haha, I have gone back to eating to sandwiches and a small packet of mini chedders everyday and then on the night I am doing the normal joggingwith or without the wii-fit.
I have been able to do 10mins most mornings lately and because its nice and cold in the morning as well, it feels good.

On Sunday morning I had to jog to Gaz's to get the Lego body... I jogged all the way and did it in 9 minuets and I didnt even break into a sweat.. and it wasnt cold either.

THIS IS A BREAK-THROUGH FOR ME!!!!
This mean I am able to 10 or 15 mins jogging and not even get tired all I would be doing was eating into those calories.
I should really look at mapping out a curcuit and just stick to doing it.
I need to take it now to the next leval and it shows 7 months of jogging on the spot does help as well... and all I have to do is do 10mins worth of yoga and 10mins of muscle training a day on the evening.
Just talking about it now makes me want to go for a 8min jog again. brap brap.

BMI 27.17 13st 8lbs


I have not gained again since the last body test.. I am going to do a body test Saturday and see if I am actually lower.
I use the wii-fit everyday still but I have not got a routine I use without fail everyday.
Things I like are:

Press Up side stand
Balance Bridge
Jogging
Sun Salutation
Chair
Half Moon
Palm Tree
and prob some otherr I cant think of.

Now, if I was to do all of these everyday then it would maje a good daily routine... maybe I should give it a try... lol

The Yoga exercise is definately the most usefull for everyday life.
It is just getting into the habbit of doing it, even if it is only 10mins a day.

BMI 27.14 13st 8lb

Officially the lowest so far... bascically dropped 3lbs since Sunday... although I did not eat since 1300 yesterday and went straight out to do a gig on the night.
But the important thing is this means that bit of extra running I have been doing has helped.
Watching what I eat as well must have helped again.
It feels good being 13st 8lbs, only another stone to go and I will be very happy..... or will I? I might decied to get to the 11stone mark.. and try and stay at 11.5 stone.

If we can start getting regular gigs this will help no end. about 500 calories ou burn from gigging... plus you get paid for it as well.

People are still saying if you want to get actually fitter then this is not for you.

BUT I couldnt disagree more, you only get ouot what you put in.
You can really get your heart going by jogging on the spot and really focus on muscle's and flexabuilty with the other exercises.... you can make each exercise asintense a you want... thats the beauty of it.

Lets see what next week brings!
