BMI 27.14 13st 8lb

Brap brap!!!!

Just when I thought that was a one off.
I am still slowly losing haha, I have been doing some actual jogging as well.
I can jog for 10mins without breaking into sweat which is handy for burning off the calories and building my legs faster.
I have been sticking to a Routine again.. it is 11mins long and a good all rounder for Muscle and stretching yoga poses.
