Officially the lowest so far... bascically dropped 3lbs since Sunday... although I did not eat since 1300 yesterday and went straight out to do a gig on the night.
But the important thing is this means that bit of extra running I have been doing has helped.
Watching what I eat as well must have helped again.
It feels good being 13st 8lbs, only another stone to go and I will be very happy..... or will I? I might decied to get to the 11stone mark.. and try and stay at 11.5 stone.
If we can start getting regular gigs this will help no end. about 500 calories ou burn from gigging... plus you get paid for it as well.
People are still saying if you want to get actually fitter then this is not for you.
BUT I couldnt disagree more, you only get ouot what you put in.
You can really get your heart going by jogging on the spot and really focus on muscle's and flexabuilty with the other exercises.... you can make each exercise asintense a you want... thats the beauty of it.
