BMI 27.77 13st 11lb


I have not been to the toilet proper for the last 2 days so this Saturday morning I am expecting to have dropped the 2lb and finaly hit the wii target.
Losing weight is a slow process but a very rewarding one when you look back and see the results.
I am no health freak and should I change my job to an active one the weight loss will be slow.
Imagaine if I worked at Target again... I would lose the weight everyday.
I feel fitter even though my exercise is not hardcore.
I could do with doing more Yoga I think.
Believe it or not I think this sort of training makes you lose the most weight and balances your body better all round.
I am not interested in being able to fold my body up like you see the pro's... but if I can remain active through it and my joints having the movement that is endures when doing this type of exercise then I reckon this helps you over all health in the long run.
Looking at the results for the last two weeks I can see last week I did not lose anything.
If I was to go a whole 2 weeks again... just going to work and eating what I should then go home for Tea and then wii fit I would loose the weight fast again.
It tends to be the nights that we eat when vistiting people mess up the weight loss rythem.

I still enjoy the golf game... I should play this more.

This is the lowest I have been so far.
Come tomorrow I would like to be even less. We will see.
I will do more muscle exercises,I tend to feel like I have done a tougher workout when I do this sort of stuff.
I should focus doing Yoga more as well.

BMI 27.68 14st 10lb


dropped 2 lbs and only 1lb away from the wii target.
band practice definatley helps. 400 calories tha burns!
Over the last two weeks I have just been having two sandwiches on a dinner time and one yogurt.
I have not been having the slim shake in a morning for over a week now so I shall not continue with those when they run out.
I two words I am having two meals a day... 300 calories and 700 calories. !!! brap brap brap.

I have changed how I train.

10 press ups
45 rowing squats

this is a quick 6 min work out to wake the body up in a morning.
I will do some jogging tonight but will mostly do muscle training.
I just dont feel like doing Yoga at the moment which is not a problem.

BMI 28.06 14st

I am not supprised by this.
I have not done as much wii fit as I could have... and on the Saturday night I ate and drank loads.
I goes to show if you take your foot off the gas for just a couple of days you waste two weeks weight loss.
I am still 14st though and I am not going to get stressed about it, I use it as a reminder to keep at it.
I should at least make sure I do the running it a morning before work.
When it was cold in the morning though it was easier to start training but now the weather has got warm I just seem to have lost that drive.
I am not aching in the morning either.
It has been over a week since I did more than 1 hour on the wii as well.
Maybe I should change my routine alltogether and do press-ups and jack-knifes instead.
This sort of training may not burn as much calories but at least I might start feeling the ache again.
Running burns calories but I also need to do it for an hour to feel like I have done something.
Time for a re-vamp!!!

50 press ups
20 balance bridge
long distance run (4mins)
20 Lunges

If I stick to these core exercises and just keep doing them in the morning or throughout the day, it will be interesting to see if the weight comes off.
That could be the key now.
Time to build some muscle, I am not naturally wirey and have always tended to be muscular.

did not body test... naughty.

I did not do a body test because I dodnt want to see the result.
I had two cakess and only did 4 mins jogging on the spot.
It was just too late to do anything by the time we got back to the flat.
It might be a case of punishing myself for this by doing 2 hours running tonight to get nice and achy to teach me a lesson.It will help me sleep better as wel.
I will be eating late as well on Saturday at John and Kayes as well... so there will be more punishment as well on the Sunday.
I am yet to do 2 hours solid... it is about time I pushed this to new lenghths....

Just ticking over nicely at the moment.
This week I have been the most relaxed about training this year so far.
BUT, I am still slowly losing the weight... and not gaining.
This weekend I might be in the 27.58 area hopefully.
I might try and finish off the week with a nit more effort in training just to make sure I am going to do it.

BMI 27.68 13st 11lb

getting there.
I didnt bother having a slim shake this morning, instead I had two bits of toast instead.
A good way to look at this is to think this time last month I was 14st 5lbs after coming back from holiday.
Basically I have lost 7lbs since then in a month so happy days there.
This time next month I could be in the 12st area.
I suppose you have to be carefull that it does not get to the point of never being enough.
I would love to be 11st again but I think this is too thin for me.
If I carry on the way I am going though, this time next year I could be 11st.

bmi 27.95 13st 13lbs

Got down to 27.63 on saturday. Only 1lb off the wii target.
It seems unlikely we are going to ibiza this year... the volcano is causing probles still and it is said this could be for the next 20 years.
Mom is very ill as well, Zoe is costantly depressed about her job... its all just happening at once... at leaast I am not putting on weight but the level of wii useage is down by loads.
I will be going up the hospital everynight for an hour straight after tea, i should get back into the flat for 20:30 this leaves me a couple of hours I suppose... so there is no excuse.
Its mainly the morning training I am missing and this is what I should be trying to do most of all.
I am convinced this is the best way to lose weight.
Have a strong black coffee and burn calories for 30mins.
I have fallen into a rythem just like I did when I used to get up at 05:00 every morning.
I suppose its just another chapter to me losing weight.
I think I really need to start up a part time job wether it be Guitar, Band or whatever.
Anything to take my mind off things and raise money for the Ibiza2012 plan.
When we do go out there (not if), I will maintain this blog as much as I can.

Bmi 27.74 13st 12lbs

BMI 27.74 13st 12 lb
It feels great to have broken into the 13st bracket.
I think when I am in the 12st area I will be very happy.
I think the wii will say that I am over weight but untill I get there i have know way of knowing.
I have reallly cut down on my training as well. Eating less on a dinner time as obviuosly helped lots as well.
It is strange how people have not noticed that I have lost over 2st.
Oh well, has long as the results keep going the right way I down care.

Dropped two lb.
Yay.
Will eat the same again today and do 45 mins wii again.
All I needed to do by the looks of thing was to cut down my dinner.
I know that you are supposed to cut down the last meal more than anything but I like to have tea about 630 and not eat anything for the rest of the day.

bmi 27.95 13st 13lbs

Starting my new ragime for the rest of this month to see how I get on.
I am only going to have two sandwiches and a yogurt drink.
If I eat them slow enough by just picking at them then I dont feel hungry still when I have eaten them.
I think we will be having curry tonight.
I will get us some Chicken and some more medium curry powder and we will be all set.
I think I could increase the speed by just eating slightly less.
By only having two sandwiches for dinner means I am having 200 cal less a day.
That should make all the difference at the end of a month.
I am sticking to just doing the 10min routine in the morning before work.
As long as on a whole I am still losing weight I am happy.
If I am losing weight and not gaining, this means I am in control of my eating habbits.

Some people could say I am too regimental about my eating habbits.. but its the strick rules that keep me on track.
I had some new clothes for my birthday as well and they were the next size down for me.
The clothes fit better... maybe ever so slightly too tight but give it a month or so and they will be fitting just fine.

BMI 28.15 14stone


I am not concerned.
I am it was my Birthday on Sunday but I still managed to eat sensibly and do 24mins wii fitage!
It is slowly but surely going down but there you have it and I am enjoying my routines as well.
I do the custom routine in the morning, this is about 10mins.
I am just going to do that from now on at least then do a body test.
Saturdays I always tend to be able to a little more.
I used to get up at 05:00 and do over an hour some morning s remember.
I could for the next couple of weeks watch the amount of food I am eating. Tale today for instance... I have only bought 3 sandwiches with me.
That is the difference of 100calories!
Noting down what I do in black and white really helps me stay true to the process.

OK.. that is what I am going to do for the rest of the month...
I am only going to have 2 sandwiches for dinner instead of 4!

Slim shake about 250 calories.
2 sandwhiches about 300calories for dinner.
yogurt drink about 100 calories
Last meal 500 calories approx

Total 1150 calories.

Burn 500 calories this will leave 650 for normal use throughout the day.

BMI 28.12 14st

I think I am just under 14st actually.

This weekend I should dro down even lower I think.
I have a practice tonight just after tea and this normaly burns about 400 calories at least I should say.
I am really focused on dropping another stone going away this summer I would really like to be 12st 13lb's. Just to break that barrier and be in the 12's.
If we can get a few more gigs this will help the cause no end, during the night you burn a lot of energy. I just wont be having a kabab when I get back or drinking lager etc etc.
I do feel so much more energetic and feel so much better in my self.
Confidance is higher and I feel like I am able to make fun of people who I see pigging out and being a chubber because I know I am now better than them.
They are now beneith me because they are not able to control their eating habbits.

On a more sensible note though, I need to just stay true to my simple rules:

Have 300cals in the morning
Have dinner between 1200 to 1300
Dont eat any later than 19:00!!!
Burn 500 calories of exercise.
No sugar
no cakes or shit like that
no lager/beer

I feel the not eating after 19:00 has been the most important factor.
We go to bed about 22:30, thats about 3 hours after we have eaten.
To be honest I like to have Tea by about 18:00!!! but this is not always possible.
Simle rules are all you need and when you find the rythem you stick to it with no problems.

I have learnt that weighing yur self everyday and keeping a record of it actually does help you.You are able to look back over say; four weeks and then you can see how you have done.
By doing this everyday as well, you are a lot more aware of what you eat.

They say being chained to the scales is wrong but I believe you have to weigh yourself regualary to see what your body is doing.

I can not remember what weight I was when I was 19 etc etc, I think I must have been around the 12st mark or maybe 11st even.
A few years ago I know I was 89 kg and that is where I am now.

BMI 28.08 14stone

Ok I am slowly getting there again.
Nice and relaxed. losing about 1lb a week or maybe slighty more.
This weekend I should be into the 13st 13lb's bracket.
I am burning using the wii about 500 calories on average a day.
I didnt do any this morning but I will make up for that tonight.
I do try and make a point of doing at least 20mins in the morning.
This consists of a 10min custom routine and then a 10min jog.
Works out to about 120 calories or there abouts.
I have as well started to exercises without the wii.
If it is switched off and all I want to do 10 reps of a routine I just do them, I dont always bother recording it as well in the activity log.
My results are the most important thing.
I have been eating 2meals a day again for this week. That might not seem enough but believe me it works out great and ideal.
I do not like to eat any later than 19:00 and this seems to be working.
I am most of the times having the Slim shake in the mornings but not on weekends.
Looking bcak how much rubbish I have cut out it just goes to show what a slow process losing weight is.
Before I uesed to snack, eat late, have sugar etc etc. I must be consuming 600 calories less now than before. As well as steadly burning 500 calories everyday training.
I could do more and push harder but at the moment, I am happy with the proess and the rate I am losing.

14st 0 lb (89kg) now, this weekend I hope to be 13st 13lb... this should be a slow decrease to the 13st 0 lb for August.
To be really honest I would be happy at 12st, jocking aside if I really pushed for it and went running round the block everynight before having a bath etc etc, I could probably get to 12 stone. I think I was 19 the last time I was that weight.

7lb is BMI 1.0 according to the wii.
