bmi 27.95 13st 13lbs

Starting my new ragime for the rest of this month to see how I get on.
I am only going to have two sandwiches and a yogurt drink.
If I eat them slow enough by just picking at them then I dont feel hungry still when I have eaten them.
I think we will be having curry tonight.
I will get us some Chicken and some more medium curry powder and we will be all set.
I think I could increase the speed by just eating slightly less.
By only having two sandwiches for dinner means I am having 200 cal less a day.
That should make all the difference at the end of a month.
I am sticking to just doing the 10min routine in the morning before work.
As long as on a whole I am still losing weight I am happy.
If I am losing weight and not gaining, this means I am in control of my eating habbits.

Some people could say I am too regimental about my eating habbits.. but its the strick rules that keep me on track.
I had some new clothes for my birthday as well and they were the next size down for me.
The clothes fit better... maybe ever so slightly too tight but give it a month or so and they will be fitting just fine.

  1. It may be worth noting that I have not been getting the aches and pains as much anymore.
    It could be because I have decreased my training a little bit.
    Or I could be getting used to the training.

  2. I am not feeling that hungry t the moment. Infact I feel pretty good.
    It goes to show, what the point in over eating?!?!?!
    I made sure I really ate slowly and deliberatly.
    The best way to do this is to pick at the food.
    Break it into peices etc etc...
