I am not supprised by this.
I have not done as much wii fit as I could have... and on the Saturday night I ate and drank loads.
I goes to show if you take your foot off the gas for just a couple of days you waste two weeks weight loss.
I am still 14st though and I am not going to get stressed about it, I use it as a reminder to keep at it.
I should at least make sure I do the running it a morning before work.
When it was cold in the morning though it was easier to start training but now the weather has got warm I just seem to have lost that drive.
I am not aching in the morning either.
It has been over a week since I did more than 1 hour on the wii as well.
Maybe I should change my routine alltogether and do press-ups and jack-knifes instead.
This sort of training may not burn as much calories but at least I might start feeling the ache again.
Running burns calories but I also need to do it for an hour to feel like I have done something.
Time for a re-vamp!!!
50 press ups
20 balance bridge
long distance run (4mins)
20 Lunges
If I stick to these core exercises and just keep doing them in the morning or throughout the day, it will be interesting to see if the weight comes off.
That could be the key now.
Time to build some muscle, I am not naturally wirey and have always tended to be muscular.
