BMI28.09 14st!!!!

Done it.
I have to admit, there were times I though I was not going to hit the target.
The last two or three weeks though I have focused on getting the job done, so I suppose the rate that I lost it as gone fast like I was at the start.
My next little target is to come back from holiday the same weight or lighter.
Wii target is 7lb in 2 months.
Now this has got to be do able, I would like to do it in a month. We will see.
I an feeling great again thats for sure.
I hit the target before we went on holiday, I must have to admit, there were time when I didnt think I was going to hit the target before we went on holiday.
The last fortnight though I have got back in to the stride of things.
I am going to be happy with losing a lb a week and thats all I need to do from now on.
I am on the other hand still allways going to be mindfull about the times I am eating and what I am eating.
I have given up suger in Tea and coffee.
Skimmed milk only from now on.
no eating later than 20:00 on evenings.
have a slimm shake every morning.
These are just a few of the things I have done which are the foundation of my weight loss.
I am feeling damn good though and for Ibiza in August I could be 12st which would be great for sure.
2st (or 28lbs) is what I ould be if I aim for 7lbs a month.
I am sure I can do that!?
Just gancing over the results I have so far I have been at a faster pace then that.

Sooo close!!!
I have been having cearial for dinner at work and upped my training ever so slightly.
Except for this morning though, I just could not get up.
I reckon tomorrow morning I may have dropped that one last lb.
It has been close thats for sure.
Still I cant complain, in 3 weeks I have lost 7lbs (half a stone)
I know before I was doing that in 2 weeks but I have settled for this pace and it is one I can stick to, without too much though.

BMI 28.41 14st 2lb

Bloh bloh!!!!
Rock and roll, all it needed was a little bit of focus and I dropped another lb.
I hope I can do he same again over the weekend.
I am just eating a big bowl of Rice Crispys at work. I think this made the difference this morning when I weighed my self.
I have also just had black coffee at work as well.
I started having coffee with sugar. It is about 50cal per cup as well.
The black coffee is about 2cal. Not a bad difference.

mmm, I dont think I am going to hit target this time. Shame.
I could on the other hand starve myself lol.
I could also push like hell and up my training.
I think though, I am just going to go with the natural rythem my body has fallen into.
I did have a gig tea last night and although it was not really late; it could have been done with being eaten earlier.
I have lost a little bit of the focus that I had in the first month.
I have been having the odd desert after tea... well only when we have tea at Zoe's moms house.
We never have anything like that when we are in the flat.
last weekend I got down to 14st 3lbs... which was a little bit freaky, maybe this weekend I will be 14st 1lbs then spend the rest of the week at 14st 3lb.

bmi 28-53 14st 3lbs

Went really low for Saturday and Sunday.

Then this moring I was back up to 14st 5lbs???

I waited 15mins whilest making sandwhiches for dinner then I did another body test.

14st 4lbs..

I have 10 days to loose 4lbs!!!
This is going to be tight!!!
My aim is the come back from holiday and actually be 13st ??lbs.
As long as it says 13st 13lbs or less then I have hit that target.

As long as I dont go back up to 14st 5lbs again! lol
Tomorrow morning I want to be 3lbs again an then this should set me up for the weekend.
There is every possibility I could do this by the time we leave work on Thursday.
Happy days though, I am ever so slowly getting there.
I have been a bit lax about trining in the morning before work.
I am doing about 1 1/2 hour running everyday though.
Not much yogo and I still like the do the press up and side stand etc etc..
I should at least do 20min in a morning again.
I need to get the sandwhich making items ready before havd so I have more time in the morning.
10days.... 4 lbs.... Is it possible???
It is going to come down to weather I catch it at the right time.

BMI 28.69 14st 4lb

Only 2lb to go then I have lost 2st!!!
I want to lose another 2stone of course this will probly take the rest of the year.
Although if we o by the last 2 weeks I am back on the same rate of weight loss.
I would be on track but if wasn't for those two weeks of not having a slim shake in the morning I would be on target for sure.
O am more than confident I will hit the wii target, after all I only 4lb to go.
I have lost 3lb over the last 7 days and we go away in 17days or somthing like that.
When we are awY I have to mAke sure I keep up the training by doing runs in the morning before erveryone gets up and wii exercises as well.
It is important I hit my target before we go away though that's for sure.
The secreay is to obviously have slim shakes in the morning and then have to good meal and on top of that burn at least 700cal.
This morning I didn't do any trianing at all, I was just to tired to get up.
I will try and make up for it tonight by doing an hour run then some yoga and training.
I need to try and embrase the weekend more by pushing to do 3 hrs each day.
I have not got up at 5am for this week at all, the motivation is slowly creeping out of me for getting up at that time in the morning.
Either way, as long as I am sloy losing weight and not gaining that is the main thing.
For Ibiza I could be 11st again!!!
For my birthday, I could be 12st!

BMI 28.83 14st 5lb

Happys days, I have been not training as much, so happy days!!!
Still losing weight that's the main thing and I am starting to relax about it as well.
This morning I did press and side stand and jack knife.
I have started doing jogging without the wii and making a note of how long I am doing it for. This way I am not toed the the wii and do it in any room and just add it to the wii through out the day.
Any other activity I do I going to to put that in the wii as well.

Just 4lb off. That would be those two weeks that messed this up lol
I have lost 2lb this week maybe 3lb come Sunday.
It has to be somthing to do with those slim shakes!!!
I am about a week behind from my personal target, that would be the week I had off the milk shakes.
It as to be, it was the only thing different in the period.
As if, that must really work.
Either way I am losing weight again. Come Ibiza I should be a couple of stone I would have thought.
This weekend I have to do some full on training as the last couple of days I have been taking it a little easy.

BMI 28.97 14st 6lb

Looks as though I may have got away eating all that cake on Monday.
My weight seems to have stablized it self again.
I am convinced the slim shakes have something to do with it.
I have checked my weight from the 10th feb which is exactly 1 month ago today and I am 6lb behind.
I was 15st at that point.
It goes to show those two weeks have cost me hitting the target I think.
I was losing faster than I thought back then and was ahead of schedule by about 3 days. So I have untill the 12th which is this friday to do the best I can. Doubt I will do it. I haven't lost 6lb in 3 days yet!
If I could maybe get to 14st 4lb and be just 2lb off the target I will be happy.
Either way I will be able to see how behind I am with my personal target.
The wii target should be ok.
I have only brought one sandwhich with me today and an apple and poo yogurt.
I have eaten it slowly and I will see how hungrey I I feel at 1700.

BMI 29.09 14st 7lbs

I had some cake yesterday. .. and as punishment I did a 1hr20min run.
I burned just under 1000cal.
I wont be eating cake in a hurry thats for sure.
I have gone back up 1lb but of course that cake wont show over night.
Hope I did enough after that to ease the blow.
I still think I did not consume more than I burned but it would be close on.
Suppose its not like I had eaten that then just straight to be like I used to.
I enjoyed eating it but about 2 mins after I felt like shit.
It could be because I have not had any sweet stuff for nearly 3 months or just my self conciousness kicking in, tell me why are you eating this??
I have done a bit more this morning and will do even more tonight.
After teage we have nothing planned and I intend to run for one hour again at least totyr and ease the blow from that cake!!!
I can see and feel improvment with doing the press up and side stand now. I should do 20 reps all the time now andpush that barrier even more.
6lbs for my personal target!!!
It was 5lbs yesterday!!!
Very, very unlikely I will get to 14st 1lb this friday.
Maybe if I run like I nerver run before and went to the gym as well to do a bit.
I do miss in a way listening to aprender espanol podcasts whilest running.
This week I intend to go to the gym and test my running to see if it has improved since losing nearly 2st and jogging on the spot for 1 hour a day.
This will be quite an interesting exsperiment in itself has I have not been on a tread mill for nearly 3 months.
It might help settle the arguement is jogging on the spot actually helpful for fittness.
I will be a good bench mark for me to gauge my fitness as well.
I could always run around Carols block again, it took just over 10mins last time.
If I could beat that I know I have made gains.
This is actually a good plan, I will go on the running amchine at some point this week, then I will do the jog around the estate and see if I am actually fitter then I was in November, December

BMI 28.97 14st 6lb


Look at this shit!!! Come on. Hahaha.
The only thing I have done different over the last 4 days is have a slim fast in the morning again.
In the last 8 days I had lost 4lb if I go by the heaviest weight that I was.
I doubt I will hit my personal target this Friday of 14st 1lb.
Knowing this is well away from that obese line now I feel like I can relax... but, I want to get to the overweight line now. That is 12.7st.
So now I am 14.6st. I just have to stay focused and make sure I continue the process.
It has been such a roller coaster ride so far. When I get to my target weight of 10.10st what will I do???
It has been a long while since I was that weight.
I will have to monitor my rate of weight loss again and see how likely I am to get to it.
If I hit my personal target by Friday then that means I have lost 2st in 2 months. Not a bad rate I reckon.
Some people may say that is too fast but I feel great and it's not like I am not eating.
I ate t portions of Olives over the weekend as well, I will continue to eat these as well.
"Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels..." mmm that feels good right about now.

Either way when I feel hungrey I think of sayings like that and it helps we get through.
In fairness its not I am continuely craving food or anything like that.
I eat the Paul McKenna way and this keeps me feeling full.
I have bought some Apples and at 50cal each its ok for inbween meals.
I have not been snacking a all actually, this was never my problem
My problem was the times of the day I was eating.
Nowadays, its rare we eat after 8pm.
With my Slim shake in the morning, normal sandwich for dinner followed a poo yogurt
then after work make a good sized Tea you can see why I have been able to losse the weight.

BMI 29.23 14st 8lb

I cannot and will not complain.
I have been this for 3 days solid.
Over the weekend though I want to go down a pound though!!!! lol

I only burned 400cal yesterday and this morning I just could not get up. So I will be busy tonight trying to make up this.

As well as that, I will be putting some seriouse time in over the weekend to see if I can shift 1lb.
I cant help but think I had training like I have been in the mornings like I have been the last month I would have probably lost up to 2lbs this week.
I guess in not moving as made me relax a bit. I still train just as hard after tea though.
I may have increased my calorie intake slightly through not being focused as well.
I need to start going back to Black tea all day.
As from next week I will do this.
There is no band practice this week so I can put in extra time tonight.
Playing though and singing must burn a fair amount though.
That will be the beauty of gigging again I suppose... except for no Kebab after the gig!!!

BMI 20.23 14st 8lb



I can't grumble. Normally I would be up and down but this week I have been very stable.
Wouldn't mind hitting BMI 20.00 for Sunday though!!
Nearly using a new hole on my belt as well.
1lb a week looks like it is going to be from now on.
I would like it to be faster because that means I am only losing 4 or 5 lb a month.
So 3.5 months it would take to loose another 14lbs (1st) from now.
I need that to be quicker.

BMI 29.26 14st 8lb

Well it has not moved from the 8lb I was since Saturday.
It has averaged out to about 1lb per week I have been losing.
I am happy enough with that rate although I would not want it to be any slower.
7lb to go till my personal target! 8 lb to lose before we go away in 29 days time.
I estimTe I will be around 13st 9lb when we go away.
I can certinely live with that but come Ibiza I would like to be as low as 12st!!!
I have been doing the best part of 2hours jogging a day on the wii fit. It has started to take it's toll a little as well
I don't want stop that exercise altogther but I am go to do it it 10min sessions only for a little while at least.
It would still be possible for me to do 2 hours a day and I wouldn't realize I had done that much.
I am trying to determin as well if I have started doing anything different in the way of training that would cause the weight loss to slow down.
Either way I am still making gains ( or losses ) and feel great.... apart from the fact that since saturday I have been slightly constipated. That might be adding on 2lb's!!!! Well I would like to think so!!!

BMI 29.23 14ST 8lb

Well considering I have not had a good poo in 48 hours I appear to have made it consistantly to the 8lb mark.
I have 11 days to lose 7lb to make it to my personal target its just over 1/2lb a day.
I suppose if I was to really go for it I would do it but I doubt I could keep that rate up untill August where I would be 11st which is my ultimate target.
Interesting how I am pretty close to that target

BMI 29.19 7lb 14st 8lb off the target!!! but....

This was on Saturday.
So I hit my personal target again.
Sunday was a let down and this morning I am back to BMI 29.45 again.
This Sunday I am aiming for 29-00.
I dont know if the pattern as changed but I dont feel very confident that I will be hitting that target this weekend.
I have just about scraped 1lb for last week.
Definitly slowed down now to a crawl. Yesterday I did 922cal and I am definatly not eating any more than I should.
I will have to just forget about the personal target and go for just keeping the momentum going.
The fact of the matter is today I am 14st 9lbs again, like I was 2 weeks ago.
In the morning I will do a body test and probly be back to 14st 11lb or somthing.
I am not getting rid of this weight!? There is no way I am consuming more than 2000cal a day and I am burning off an additional 1000cal through wii-fit!!

It feels like my body is rebelling against the weight loss.
