Happys days, I have been not training as much, so happy days!!!
Still losing weight that's the main thing and I am starting to relax about it as well.
This morning I did press and side stand and jack knife.
I have started doing jogging without the wii and making a note of how long I am doing it for. This way I am not toed the the wii and do it in any room and just add it to the wii through out the day.
Any other activity I do I going to to put that in the wii as well.
