Went really low for Saturday and Sunday.
Then this moring I was back up to 14st 5lbs???
I waited 15mins whilest making sandwhiches for dinner then I did another body test.
14st 4lbs..
I have 10 days to loose 4lbs!!!
This is going to be tight!!!
My aim is the come back from holiday and actually be 13st ??lbs.
As long as it says 13st 13lbs or less then I have hit that target.
As long as I dont go back up to 14st 5lbs again! lol
Tomorrow morning I want to be 3lbs again an then this should set me up for the weekend.
There is every possibility I could do this by the time we leave work on Thursday.
Happy days though, I am ever so slowly getting there.
I have been a bit lax about trining in the morning before work.
I am doing about 1 1/2 hour running everyday though.
Not much yogo and I still like the do the press up and side stand etc etc..
I should at least do 20min in a morning again.
I need to get the sandwhich making items ready before havd so I have more time in the morning.
10days.... 4 lbs.... Is it possible???
It is going to come down to weather I catch it at the right time.
