Only 2lb to go then I have lost 2st!!!
I want to lose another 2stone of course this will probly take the rest of the year.
Although if we o by the last 2 weeks I am back on the same rate of weight loss.
I would be on track but if wasn't for those two weeks of not having a slim shake in the morning I would be on target for sure.
O am more than confident I will hit the wii target, after all I only 4lb to go.
I have lost 3lb over the last 7 days and we go away in 17days or somthing like that.
When we are awY I have to mAke sure I keep up the training by doing runs in the morning before erveryone gets up and wii exercises as well.
It is important I hit my target before we go away though that's for sure.
The secreay is to obviously have slim shakes in the morning and then have to good meal and on top of that burn at least 700cal.
This morning I didn't do any trianing at all, I was just to tired to get up.
I will try and make up for it tonight by doing an hour run then some yoga and training.
I need to try and embrase the weekend more by pushing to do 3 hrs each day.
I have not got up at 5am for this week at all, the motivation is slowly creeping out of me for getting up at that time in the morning.
Either way, as long as I am sloy losing weight and not gaining that is the main thing.
For Ibiza I could be 11st again!!!
For my birthday, I could be 12st!
