BMI 28.41 14st 2lb

Bloh bloh!!!!
Rock and roll, all it needed was a little bit of focus and I dropped another lb.
I hope I can do he same again over the weekend.
I am just eating a big bowl of Rice Crispys at work. I think this made the difference this morning when I weighed my self.
I have also just had black coffee at work as well.
I started having coffee with sugar. It is about 50cal per cup as well.
The black coffee is about 2cal. Not a bad difference.
