We have ordered some weights for the wii so for the moment I am using two bottles of lynx which weigh around .25kg each.
I have tried using a couple of 500ml bottles of some other shower gel, but they are a little to big too hold for it to feel comportable.
Every little helps though, I have to remember that I have lost 6kgs of wieght so I am going to add thgat add back on when training.
This could be one of the reason's weight loss slows down the more you lose.
The weights we have odered are 2.5kg each, can't wait to get them!
The boxing training would be a good one to use with these weights I reckon as well.

20 days later.... minus 1 stone later
20 days it has taken for me to lose 1 stone.
Bloh bloh!!!
In 60 days we go on holiday and I could be 3 stone lighter.
On the wii i will set the target for another stone lighter, I think this will be do-able.

30.60BMI....
That was the lowest it as been so far.
My weight loss is like a steam train in the night. It as taken 20 days to lose 1 stone.
We have 60 days till we go away.
That means is could be possible for me to lose 3 stone and be 12 stone for when we go away.
Come august I come be really 10 or 11 stone. This would be cool.
Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels..... Kate Moss is a prick but she is right about feeling good when you know you are slender.
I am going dye my hair and get my teeth sorted. Word. Xxx

Now, I thought this is why I had not lost any weight but; sure enough today I hit the lowest BMI so far.... 30.39
I feel fantastic!
I have already done 45mins this morning as well and will do over an hour tonight.
I am aiming to push over 1000 cal for one of the days this weeked. It might be today that I do it.
The last two weeks I have been using the sunbed course at the gym in 5 min sessions.
10 mins a week, which I think is not that harmful.
Doing this as given me a lot more energy as well plus coupled with the wii-fit training and losing weight, no wonder I feel so great!!!
It would be nice to hit the target over the next two days, if I can push 1000 cal burn a day, it may be do-able.
Looking at the graph now is great I did the first body test on the 12/01/2010 and its now the 29/01/2010 and I am just on the verge of being a stone lighter... in just 18 days!!!

05:30 training = 800cal per day...
For the last 3 days I have been getting up a 05:30 and training for 40mins at least.
I keep on doing the body tests and this keeps me in check with any progress that I make.
It is fun watching the graph slowly work its way down.
You can almost see a pattern appearing... for 2 or 3 days you dont lose weight then all of a sudden you have lost 4lb!!!
I have 5lb to go before I actually hit my target I set.
It is begining to get almost frustrating bcause I am right on the verge of making it!
I am process driven though and not taking to much notice of the daily results.
When I look at the graph as a whole, as long as it goes down in the end I dont mind.
I also have to take in considuration that I am putting on muscle which weighs heavier than fat but I am aiming for about 12stone which is do-able come August I think.

Aching as stopped... 1 stone lost as well...
Saturday morning I was really aching in my knees and back.
So I only did 17mins training.
The last two days though I have been burning over 800cal's and really counting calories as well.
I must be using 3000 in a day and eating around 2000.
This mornings body test says I have 4lb to go till I reach my target.
By this sunday I want to have hit that target.
The whole thing as turned into a big game.. which Isuppose is the idea behind it anyway.
It has resulted in my partner and myself completely changing our life style.
To say it is January and I normaly feel like crap for the first 2 or 3 months of the year, I feel better then ever.
I have a sunbed course as well in which I do 10 mins a week just in time for our first holiday in April.
It as only been just over two weeks and I feel great... how will I feel in 2 months?

Weight is stable over the weekend...
I will have to admit, I have been really aching... I mean really aching in the mornings.
I was not sure if I should give the wii a rest for 1 day but it nots like I have a really hard workout.
So why am I aching like this?
Is it because I have been training everyday for over 16 days in a row?
Either way I will continue and I will not have a day off yet.
Output must exceed Input! Come April, I want to be under the wii's target weight that I set.

Wii fit vs wii fit plus...
The best update for wii fit plus is the way you can create you own routines and they barely stop between each activity.
before I really struggled to take it seriously as a means of keeping fit but just that update alone makes it possible.
There are a couple of new games that are fun too, like the cycling game.
This weekend I will really go for it and try and do 750 cals or somthing!!!

I have the 8mile rn to do for Sutton coldfield in June with Richard at work.

This is the lowest it has been so far.
I will weigh myself at the end of the day and see if it any lower.. with any look it should be about the same and not much higher.

No loss???? What the f....!
This week I have not lost any weight since the big drop on Sunday.
I have not exactly gained any either so I an not sure if it's just a minor body change type thong.
It's probably not ideal to weigh yourself everyday and look at every lb change and take it as gosple.
Instead look at the end of the week and see if there as been any weight loss then.
I am burning more calories than ever and eating more heLthier then I have ever done, so I shouldn't be to conceded I guess but; I don't won't to get to complacent, maybe this losing weight thing isn't as easy as I first thought.

30min run before anything...
I now will do a 30min run first thing after I get up.
The last 4 days I have burned over 400cal every time, so in theory I should see some gains in my weight loss.
As well as now eating a lot healthier, I should be losing some proper weight!!
According to the wii I have 52 days to hit my target that I set and I am very confident I am going to do this... Enfact, it is possible that I could could do it by this weekend... We will see.
Now as great as it seems.. When I hit this target, I will be only back where I was when I first started this time last year.
Then I think the real work begins!!!
I am confiden though like I say, burning the best part of 500cal a dayand eating healthier... I shouldn't go wrong!!!
During the day I don't eat that much at work and rarely have breakfast.

Body tests 4 days later...
I have been taking the body tests for the last week to see if I am losing weight.
So far over the last week I have steadly lost, I have cut most of my sugar intake so this should help this item.
I am making an effort to eat more slowly and this should make me eat less as well.
I went to the gym and did a 15 min run as well.
I have managed to keep up the training and hit 198kal everyday.
I reckon I should I increase it the 250kal but I will leave it where it is for the moment.
Just because it's the weekend it does not me I will take it easy, infact I tend to take it try harder.

Drink Coffee, routine...
By drinking coffee (with no sugar by the way) this will help speeden up the body and mind.
Word as it, first thing in the morning drink coffee and train before eating.
By doing this you your body will use energy from your fat reserves and then when finishing training have some fruit or somthing.
Some people say by doing this you can cause your metabolism to slow down because training on an empty stometch.

I nearly didnt get up this morning to do my 10 mins... but I did and I managed 20mins.

This is the plan every morning before work.
I will continue to work out after work as well and use the gym till my membership runs out.
I will regularly check my overall results as well.

Body test 12 months after my last one...
I know I stopped using the wii as a source of my fitness for nearly a year ago and I think I have paid the price.
I did a body test and found out I have gained a whopping 1.5stone!!!
I new it was bad... just not that bad.
I have put on more muscle from using the PowerPlate but I know that my waist has got bigger.
I will use the daily body test everyday to monitor it.
I had been putting off doing that test but now I have done it I can focus on my results.
I have made an 8min routine. 10min run blocks as well.

The training continues....
I have kept to the training everyday so far.
I have tweaked the routine and it last 21mins.
I make sure that I do running as well.
The Balance bridge is definatly the hard one to do!!!
My favorite is the Press up/Side atand and yoga postion the Palm tree pose.
Its early days yet but the jury is out on if this can help me get fit looking.
I had chocolate yesterday which is stupid I know.
The test will be if I can keep it up after work as well.
I will make sure to keep upper body going and legs as well.
Cardeo is going to be an issue... I need to start running somewhere if I am not using a running machine.
