I will have to admit, I have been really aching... I mean really aching in the mornings.
I was not sure if I should give the wii a rest for 1 day but it nots like I have a really hard workout.
So why am I aching like this?
Is it because I have been training everyday for over 16 days in a row?
Either way I will continue and I will not have a day off yet.
Output must exceed Input! Come April, I want to be under the wii's target weight that I set.
