No loss???? What the f....!

This week I have not lost any weight since the big drop on Sunday.
I have not exactly gained any either so I an not sure if it's just a minor body change type thong.
It's probably not ideal to weigh yourself everyday and look at every lb change and take it as gosple.
Instead look at the end of the week and see if there as been any weight loss then.
I am burning more calories than ever and eating more heLthier then I have ever done, so I shouldn't be to conceded I guess but; I don't won't to get to complacent, maybe this losing weight thing isn't as easy as I first thought.
