Aching as stopped... 1 stone lost as well...

Saturday morning I was really aching in my knees and back.
So I only did 17mins training.
The last two days though I have been burning over 800cal's and really counting calories as well.
I must be using 3000 in a day and eating around 2000.
This mornings body test says I have 4lb to go till I reach my target.
By this sunday I want to have hit that target.
The whole thing as turned into a big game.. which Isuppose is the idea behind it anyway.
It has resulted in my partner and myself completely changing our life style.
To say it is January and I normaly feel like crap for the first 2 or 3 months of the year, I feel better then ever.
I have a sunbed course as well in which I do 10 mins a week just in time for our first holiday in April.
It as only been just over two weeks and I feel great... how will I feel in 2 months?
cant wait...
