05:30 training = 800cal per day...

For the last 3 days I have been getting up a 05:30 and training for 40mins at least.

I keep on doing the body tests and this keeps me in check with any progress that I make.
It is fun watching the graph slowly work its way down.
You can almost see a pattern appearing... for 2 or 3 days you dont lose weight then all of a sudden you have lost 4lb!!!
I have 5lb to go before I actually hit my target I set.
It is begining to get almost frustrating bcause I am right on the verge of making it!
I am process driven though and not taking to much notice of the daily results.
When I look at the graph as a whole, as long as it goes down in the end I dont mind.
I also have to take in considuration that I am putting on muscle which weighs heavier than fat but I am aiming for about 12stone which is do-able come August I think.
