By drinking coffee (with no sugar by the way) this will help speeden up the body and mind.
Word as it, first thing in the morning drink coffee and train before eating.
By doing this you your body will use energy from your fat reserves and then when finishing training have some fruit or somthing.
Some people say by doing this you can cause your metabolism to slow down because training on an empty stometch.
