I have been taking the body tests for the last week to see if I am losing weight.
So far over the last week I have steadly lost, I have cut most of my sugar intake so this should help this item.
I am making an effort to eat more slowly and this should make me eat less as well.
I went to the gym and did a 15 min run as well.
I have managed to keep up the training and hit 198kal everyday.
I reckon I should I increase it the 250kal but I will leave it where it is for the moment.
Just because it's the weekend it does not me I will take it easy, infact I tend to take it try harder.
