I now will do a 30min run first thing after I get up.
The last 4 days I have burned over 400cal every time, so in theory I should see some gains in my weight loss.
As well as now eating a lot healthier, I should be losing some proper weight!!
According to the wii I have 52 days to hit my target that I set and I am very confident I am going to do this... Enfact, it is possible that I could could do it by this weekend... We will see.
Now as great as it seems.. When I hit this target, I will be only back where I was when I first started this time last year.
Then I think the real work begins!!!
I am confiden though like I say, burning the best part of 500cal a dayand eating healthier... I shouldn't go wrong!!!
During the day I don't eat that much at work and rarely have breakfast.
