It's was Gemmas birthday yesterday. I didn't have any cake.. And you know what? I never had any desire to have any as well.

Well at least I have lost 1lb tis wek so far.
Yesterday i did hardly any training, I only burned 150cal.
this morning however I have resumed hardcore training and already done 1 hours jogging.
I have not had a Slimfast but had a Tesco light hot chocolate instead.
Cerial for dinner as well and a normal tea as well.
Aiming for about 1500cal a day.
I think you have to be carefull that you dont decrease it too much or the body will probley react and slow your metabolism right donw.
This is why I have to keep up the training, 1000cal today will be a good start.
Same Friday as well and the weekend..
The target for Sunday is acutally 29.25, I managed to hit the target last week when it looked really unlikly but sure enough I blasted it somehow!
Hopefully I can do the same.
I have a busy day on Saturday as I am doing a bit of door to door canvasing. £10.00 an hour if I 5 hours a week then I can earn £200 a month. This will be handy considering we are trying to clean all our loans by May 2012.
I am steadly losing weight, that is the main thing though, and there is definatly a pattern emerging now from what I can see.
It looks as though Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday's are an slight increase in weight then come Friday it dips to the lowest point on Sunday.
Well it has done this the last 3 or 4 weeks any how.

BMI 29.70lbs 14st 11lbs
I burned 1000cal yesterday again. Did not do anything morning though, just did a body test.
I just cant seem to get under 14st!!! it is creeping down though... just very slowly.
I am burning more in a day though than ever, could it be that I am putting on muscle and this is counteracting the weight.
the rate as really slowed down though, it is enough to make you cross.
I have a meeting with a company tonight at 730pm. It is just to do some part time sales work for them. They are going to pay me hourly thats all I need to know. There are lots of forms of comission involved this could add up as well.
It will be mainly on weekends and will require a bi of walking around, this too will help me burn more off in a day.
I wanted to go on the sunbed, but because it is at that time it as put a bit of a stopper on it.
I did not do any training this morning and I think I am at my lightest at around 0900 in the morning.
Thats why on a weekend I seem to be at my lowest weight.
Also as well I wont be eating sandwhiches at work. I have started having Cerial instead. 400cal I would normaly have for dinner, with having cerial I should probably be having about 350 or 400cal.
A big reduction and I feel more full as well.
Of course I have been here before like last week where come Sunday I would have lost 2lbs for the week.

BMI 29.68 14st 11lbs
It was Jacks birthday yesyerday and we went out for a meal. I did not over indulge at all so over the next couple of days it will be worth looking at my results to see if it has effected it.
I did 1 hur solid running his moring nearly 500cal burned. If anything this is a good start to the day.
Really frustrating because I cannot seem to get away from the 141st 12lbs mark!

BMI 29.38 14st 9lbs
Done 30mins run again this morning and I am still at the same weight as yesterday.
I did 1000cal yesterday and I am still achingg from the solid 1hr 20 mins non stop that I did.
Any worry about my weight loss stopping at that previous weight has gone but I have a new problem now in it is going to be a close call to hit my actuall wii target. 9lb to go but I have 5 weeks.
If I have another bad week like that again it may be hard to hit it.
1.8lb's per week is what I have to keep up. The 3lb a week target looks very in probable at this rate.
I think aiming for 2 lb a week is a lot more realistic.
Saturday I did 3 hours non stop. I think that aS the push I needed to get me through that stutter.
Either way I am still as focused as ever and now because of that little scare I have realized that you cant take your foot of the gas for just one second.
The best part about it is I managed to hit that target on the day. I wanted to get to BMI 28.50 and got to 28.38 instead.
I will be keeping a close eye on this and see if I can keep it going down and down.
Maybe it finaly going down is a reasult of eating 1000cal on the Saturday and burning 2000cal off.

Well I hit the target of 29.50 butshit me I had to work for that.
Yesterday I burned over 1000cal again and was on the wii fitplus for 3 hours exact!
I only consumed 1200cal as we'll by just being careful with what I ate.
It has paid off though and I feel great but I am worried when the next time I struggle to loose even a lb of weight.
Lost 2lb since last Sunday so I am on target with the wii. But my personal target of 3 lb a week week suffer from this.
I have a bit more to do today, would nice to hit 800+ cal.
Next Sunday I have made a little target of 29.20. I think is do-able and not too much to aim for... Although I did say this last week when everything was going really well.
I was hoping to hit 3lbs a week target but that I would be happy with the 2lbs a week. I would still hit the wii target but will short of my own.
Either way, let's just stay focused and get stuck in to more training and and eat less food and more tissue!!!ho ho ho.
Will concentrate on burning calories everyday it would be great if I could get upt o 800+ cal everyday but it it would have to be 2 hours training at least.
Maybe first thing in a morning I could do 60 mins jogging and then on the night do 20 mins other training just so I don't lose muscle.

BMI 29.73 14st 12lb...
HOHO. I am back to where I was on Sunday.
Even the wii said I may not reach the target if this keeps happening.
Come sunday I will have to compare what I have lost.
Last night I burned 1000+cal again as well. Plus I will try and do this again the weekend.
I just dont understand why I have stopped losing... or have I? Come Sunday we will see.

BMI 29.83
this is a little more like it.
Yesterday when I got back from work I did a body test and it was BMI 29.78.
It goes to show that it is just how you catch your body weight for that moment.
On sunday I will see if I am less then what I was on last sunday BMI 28.74 (I think)
This way I can gauge actually how well I am doing.
Feeling great and thats the main thing.
Having holidays booked is a good way of having somthing to aim for.
I want to be by that pool or having a small jog in the morning and feel thinner and know that I am thinner.
This time next year there should be no reson why I cannot be 11 stone again.
All I have to do, is keep up this process.

BMI 30.05... what!?
What is going on!?
I did another 921cal last night as well.
Is it a case of I will see the fruits of my labour in a couple of days time?
So I am back to 15st dead. Having been down to 14st 12lb's
This is so frustrating!!!!
I know its only 2 lbs difference but it is still annoying!
I wouldnt say I was eating anymore or less, it could be just one of those 3day blips before the body changes again.
I have fogot my lunch today but I had the slim fast shake this morning so I should have a pretty stable metabolism.
I feel thinner which is the main thing I guess but I would feel even thinner if that BMI decreased!

BMI 29.95... again.
Whats going on?
I did 1002cal yesterday.. I know, on a Monday as well!!
Still though I am BMI 29.95.
Frustrating because after last week for a whole 7 days of steady losing weight.
I knew this was going to happen though, it had to go back up and do its normal up, down, up, down motion.
The touble is, when its like this it seems unlikely that I am going to hit my personal target.
The main target should not be a problem but I really wanted to lose the same amount by the 12th April.
Will have to just wait and see.
I will do another body test today and eat slightly less as well.
Over the last few days I think my food intake as crept up abit.
I need to slow down my eating even more, today when I am having my dinner today I will make eating it take even longer.
When it does this I do tend to train harder and be mindfull about food intake... maybe the wii does this on purpose then then makes out you have lost loads to make you feel good. this would seem unlikely though, what would be the point of it lieing to you.
No, I have to just keep going and let the process continue and let the results slowly come at its own pace.
This is one computer game that takes a liftime to play and you would never complete it and you cant cheat on.. well you could but you would only be cheating yourself.
Maybe I will take one day off again and do just a body test and next to no training.
I did that last week and that could be the difference it made on the way my body reacted to the rest of the weight loss for the week.
I know this process takes time, even the wii says this to you as well. It did that this morning, it must be if your weight dose not change at all.

BMI 29.83 14st12lb....
Read it and weep mother crushers!
lost 4lb since last Friday. I if can keep this up then I will reach the target in less then half the time.
Come ibiza I could be getting on for 12st!!!
this weekend I am going to go for it, 1000cal + everyday and then during the week do more in the morning because I will not have to drop Zoe off.
I will get up at 0600 and train untill 0730. I wont need to leave the flat till 0800 to get to work on time.
Really focused now and the results are proper showing!
To think that only 4 posts ago, I was syaing that the weight had seemed to have stopped where it was and now 7 days later I am 4lb lighter.
This is to do with how the body must be using the fat reserves.
If I carry on like this what will happen when I reach the 11stone ulimate target.

Output is exceeding input at the moment and it is not hardwork either for me to maintain this.

This is what I am talking about!
Looks as though I am on target for the 3lbs a week loss.
I will do the 1.5lb a week easy, that will not be a challenge (not that much of one anyway)
Every entry I am going to put the BMI and weight in there and then I might back track previous blogs and do the same for each title.
I was getting worried because it didnt seem to be going down again but sure enough it stuck to the same pattern.
At some point it will go back up then work its way further down again.
It is so interesting looking at the reasults, it makes you so motivated; seeing it edge down like that.
Using the new wii dumb bell waights really make running a little bit harder.
I will do more of the boxing now with these, that will actually build my sholders and arms abit as well.
I should now try and speeden up my jogging now I reckon.
I should increase the intake of tissue as well.
Tissue is good, thats for sure. with a little bit of pepper on a handfull of tissue you are in for a filling and healthy meal

BMI 30.07 No training this morning just a body test.
I refrained from getting up at 05:15 this morning and thought I would give my body a little extra break from wii-fit.
Will be on it tonight though, and every entry now in this blog in the title, I am going to put the BMI I body tested at this morning.
I have been abit concerned because the last2 weeks seemed to have slowed down... well it seems that way.
I am still losing though i am now BMI 30.07 this morning.
3lb every 2 weeks I have to loose, sounded easy at the start but now I think it may be a close one.
If I am going to do this as fast as the other time I need to lose 3lb per week.
this friday I need to see if I have lost enough to be on this track.
I am not over eating, not snacking, cut out all added sugar, training just as much (if not a little more)
3lb a week! Can I do that? It would be great because come the holiday I would be nearly two stone lighter. That would be 13stone or there abouts.
I am 15 stone at the moment.
I have the new wii weights as well. they weigh 1 kg each, brilliant for boxing and for running.

I am still yet to do "my routine" but I will do this tonight.
I have not missed a day in nearly a month now and I feel great for it.
The graph shows my progress and I feel great as well.
I had to create a another hole in my belt this morning! lol
At this rate all my clothes wont fit me.
I am losing the bulk from what muscle I built up through PowerPlate but I just want to be healthy and slender.
BMI 30.17 again...

Done the body test today and it was the same as yesterday I will see if it is the same by tonight.
I will be making curry and then going to the gym.
Eat the curry then burn another 300cal on top of the 300cal I have burned this morning all ready.
I need to sort out a couple of posters as well for HogansRockIbiza but this should not take to long to do and print off ready for Thursday to give to the studio.
All that information there was a complete side track to the main reason why I am doing this experiment.
Didnt feel the ache as much this morning as well.

feel the ache... tight bodieness...
Its great when you get that aching in the morning.

I think I must be getting addicted to wii-fit plus.
I feel is I am slacking and doing less and less when in fact I am pushing harder than every and... to top that I am eating less than ever as well.
I must be consuming around 1500 a day tops.
I have worked out it is around 2400 cal I use daily including with wii as well.
Come the holiday in 7 weeks and 4 days time (you can see I am counting)I would love to be 2 stone lighter!
It is not quite possible though I think.
I have 54 days from now till we fly.
I have set the target for 1 stone up to that point, which in firness I exspect to do.
The real battle is to maintain the speed that I lost the first stone though.
This weekend as been a bit of a let down though.. I het the target on Friday 30.14BMI and it has not been that low since.
It could be just one of those 3 steps forward two steps back senarios.
I forget to look at every friday how much I have lost over the week. Fridays are the best day to do this as I am sure to have lost some weight thus, gearing me up for harder training over the weekend.

Onwards towards my next target...
Ok, its onwards towards my next target. I have 60 days to lose a stone to reach this.
That works out to about 1.5lb's a week to loose.
I think this is very much doable.
Infact, this time next month I intend to hit that target again!!!
The wii did say that I lost that weight very quick and it should have been longer.
I dont think that was that unhealthy though.
Its not like I have been eating tissue to lose weight.
I have joined a forum called www.wiifitforum.org
This is a very good forum for those like myself that uses the wii-fit game as a source of enlighten-ment.
The sudden weight loss is helped possibly by the fact that I have cut out all food and replaced it with tissue.
Tissue is a good source of food replacement if you dont want to feel hungry.
That works out to about 1.5lb's a week to loose.

Changing my routines...
I have becaome too focused on aerobic exercises over the last couple of weeks.
These are the ones that burn the most calories but I want to build a bit more muscle.
So I am going to increase my muscle workouts a bit more.
At the moment I am only satisfied when I have burned at least 500cal.
I try and do aminium of 1 hour as well.
Doing 30min of muscle training wont burn as much as the jogging so my daily burnage
will decrease... or... I could just train even more than I normally would focusing on doing more muscle.
I dont want to get big and the rate that I am losing weight, in 10 months time I could look skinny (heaven forefend!!!) but seriously I want to be slender and have good shape.
I have always been quite muscluar and I should say this could always be the case even if I do get to 11 stone.
11 stone is my ultimate target. that is 4 stone away at the moment.
...thats a total of 56lb (25.5KG).
losing 1.5 per week, I could be 11 stone in 37.5 weeks.
That is the ultimate goal.
I will take it 1 stone at a time though. Come Ibiza in August I would like to be 13 stone.
that would be pretty cool, I think Chris at HogansRockBar would probably notice as well.
Here comes the new me, I will have slightly longer hair as well.
he best thing about doing muscle training is the ache you feel after and in the morning.
You feel tighter and stronger.
This morning I was up at 0520am!
I am so dedicated to losing weight and getting fitter.
I read stupid posts by narrow minded fools that dont even own wii-fit that say it can not get you fit.
I am proof that it can... but not only that, it as changed my whole attitude towards how I eat and train.
How many gyms actually do that?
OK I am the first person to say it does not offer a full cardeo workout but..
I suppose it work be a heavy cardeo workout I you really picked your knees up when doing the running on the spot.
that would get your heart rate pumping.
The whole point to burning calories is to raise you heart beat and activity of the body so you burn energy (ie; the calories you inputed in through the day) when you have used all that it would then take them from your fat reserves.
Then hey prestow! that is when you are losing dody fat.

Done it!!! Hit the target in under 30 days...
I hit the target in under 30 days!!!
I have set a new target for 60dYs from now, that's just before before we go on holiday.
I have set the target weight as 1 stone.
The wii says that works out to losing 3lb every two weeks.
I know that I can do this, so it would be nice to be over another stone lighter to go on holiday with!

3 STEPS FORWARD 2 STEPS BACK...
The thing I love about the new wii fit plus is the graph that documents your results.
I love to see the BMI slowly work its way down.
It is really interesting to see how the body looses weight. Some days in looks like it is slowly gains some then over night yo lose 5lbs! then in creeps up 3lbs... then you lose another 5lbs!!!
Wii has made it into a game that is for sure and it keeps me focused and motivated.
I yearn for the ache in a morning and aftr training on it.
It becomes slighty addictive almost.
By this weekend I expect to be at the target.
I will go on the sunbed tonight then I will try and complete the 1000 cal tonight.
I am 200 cal at the moment.

Keeping on wii-ing in the free world....
I am really into this now.
As if I am getting up a 0525 in the morning to start training.
I have been doing this for the last 3 weeks now and I dont feel like slowing down.
I managed a 30min jog then a bit of muscle training as well.
I already have over 300cals used today, I should be able todo another 500 easy.
I need to feel the ache in the morning!!!!

Sunbed....
On the Sunday, I did not go on the sunbed, I will go this Wednesday though.
It is best for me to over do it because I am pretty fair skinned.
BMI was still 30.39 this morning as well.
