OK, so yesterday I burned over another 700cal.
Done the body test today and it was the same as yesterday I will see if it is the same by tonight.
I will be making curry and then going to the gym.
Eat the curry then burn another 300cal on top of the 300cal I have burned this morning all ready.
I need to sort out a couple of posters as well for HogansRockIbiza but this should not take to long to do and print off ready for Thursday to give to the studio.
All that information there was a complete side track to the main reason why I am doing this experiment.
Didnt feel the ache as much this morning as well.
It is so interesting watching how the body loses the weight day to day.
Its not till you look back over a couple of weeks and see how you have progressed that makes the whole thing a buz.
I hope it should be lower tonight then it will be the same pattern it has been over the last month.
I say this again, I am only consuming around 1800 to 2000 cal a day. I am burning 600+cal a day alone.
I love the driving range game.
4 min long and a saft 25cal's burned as well.
Plus I feel like I am getting my swing back as well.
That will could also be another experiment as well, to see if it helps your swing on a real golf range.
