BMI29.38. 14st 9lbs


Well I hit the target of 29.50 butshit me I had to work for that.
Yesterday I burned over 1000cal again and was on the wii fitplus for 3 hours exact!
I only consumed 1200cal as we'll by just being careful with what I ate.
It has paid off though and I feel great but I am worried when the next time I struggle to loose even a lb of weight.
Lost 2lb since last Sunday so I am on target with the wii. But my personal target of 3 lb a week week suffer from this.

I have a bit more to do today, would nice to hit 800+ cal.
Next Sunday I have made a little target of 29.20. I think is do-able and not too much to aim for... Although I did say this last week when everything was going really well.
I was hoping to hit 3lbs a week target but that I would be happy with the 2lbs a week. I would still hit the wii target but will short of my own.
Either way, let's just stay focused and get stuck in to more training and and eat less food and more tissue!!!ho ho ho.
Will concentrate on burning calories everyday it would be great if I could get upt o 800+ cal everyday but it it would have to be 2 hours training at least.
Maybe first thing in a morning I could do 60 mins jogging and then on the night do 20 mins other training just so I don't lose muscle.
