BMI 29.38 14st 9lbs

Done 30mins run again this morning and I am still at the same weight as yesterday.
I did 1000cal yesterday and I am still achingg from the solid 1hr 20 mins non stop that I did.
Any worry about my weight loss stopping at that previous weight has gone but I have a new problem now in it is going to be a close call to hit my actuall wii target. 9lb to go but I have 5 weeks.
If I have another bad week like that again it may be hard to hit it.
1.8lb's per week is what I have to keep up. The 3lb a week target looks very in probable at this rate.
I think aiming for 2 lb a week is a lot more realistic.
Saturday I did 3 hours non stop. I think that aS the push I needed to get me through that stutter.
Either way I am still as focused as ever and now because of that little scare I have realized that you cant take your foot of the gas for just one second.
The best part about it is I managed to hit that target on the day. I wanted to get to BMI 28.50 and got to 28.38 instead.
I will be keeping a close eye on this and see if I can keep it going down and down.
Maybe it finaly going down is a reasult of eating 1000cal on the Saturday and burning 2000cal off.
On Sunday I cleaned the car which took 2 hours (it was very dirty) that is quiet aactive so I reckon I burnt 300cal then as well.
Now the weather is getting better I might do this more often, even in mid week.
