Changing my routines...

I have becaome too focused on aerobic exercises over the last couple of weeks.
These are the ones that burn the most calories but I want to build a bit more muscle.
So I am going to increase my muscle workouts a bit more.
At the moment I am only satisfied when I have burned at least 500cal.

I try and do aminium of 1 hour as well.
Doing 30min of muscle training wont burn as much as the jogging so my daily burnage
will decrease... or... I could just train even more than I normally would focusing on doing more muscle.

I dont want to get big and the rate that I am losing weight, in 10 months time I could look skinny (heaven forefend!!!) but seriously I want to be slender and have good shape.
I have always been quite muscluar and I should say this could always be the case even if I do get to 11 stone.

11 stone is my ultimate target. that is 4 stone away at the moment.

...thats a total of 56lb (25.5KG).

losing 1.5 per week, I could be 11 stone in 37.5 weeks.

That is the ultimate goal.

I will take it 1 stone at a time though. Come Ibiza in August I would like to be 13 stone.
that would be pretty cool, I think Chris at HogansRockBar would probably notice as well.
Here comes the new me, I will have slightly longer hair as well.

he best thing about doing muscle training is the ache you feel after and in the morning.
You feel tighter and stronger.
This morning I was up at 0520am!
I am so dedicated to losing weight and getting fitter.
I read stupid posts by narrow minded fools that dont even own wii-fit that say it can not get you fit.
I am proof that it can... but not only that, it as changed my whole attitude towards how I eat and train.
How many gyms actually do that?
OK I am the first person to say it does not offer a full cardeo workout but..
I suppose it work be a heavy cardeo workout I you really picked your knees up when doing the running on the spot.
that would get your heart rate pumping.

The whole point to burning calories is to raise you heart beat and activity of the body so you burn energy (ie; the calories you inputed in through the day) when you have used all that it would then take them from your fat reserves.
Then hey prestow! that is when you are losing dody fat.
