BMI 29.70lbs 14st 11lbs

I burned 1000cal yesterday again. Did not do anything morning though, just did a body test.
I just cant seem to get under 14st!!! it is creeping down though... just very slowly.
I am burning more in a day though than ever, could it be that I am putting on muscle and this is counteracting the weight.
the rate as really slowed down though, it is enough to make you cross.
I have a meeting with a company tonight at 730pm. It is just to do some part time sales work for them. They are going to pay me hourly thats all I need to know. There are lots of forms of comission involved this could add up as well.
It will be mainly on weekends and will require a bi of walking around, this too will help me burn more off in a day.
I wanted to go on the sunbed, but because it is at that time it as put a bit of a stopper on it.

I did not do any training this morning and I think I am at my lightest at around 0900 in the morning.
Thats why on a weekend I seem to be at my lowest weight.
Also as well I wont be eating sandwhiches at work. I have started having Cerial instead. 400cal I would normaly have for dinner, with having cerial I should probably be having about 350 or 400cal.
A big reduction and I feel more full as well.
Of course I have been here before like last week where come Sunday I would have lost 2lbs for the week.
AThe saying two steps forward 1 step back really does apply when you are trying to loose weight.
