Its great when you get that aching in the morning.
Whilest training as well, your muscles get tighter!
This feels greatand this is what makes it addictive for sure.
My back as been a lot better as wel.
When running on the spot my body must have got used to it because my joints are ok.
I wonder if just by jogging on the spot for 2 hours a day in prepartion for the marathon I am going to do will help my training.
