This mornings training...


I am still yet to do "my routine" but I will do this tonight.
I have not missed a day in nearly a month now and I feel great for it.
The graph shows my progress and I feel great as well.
I had to create a another hole in my belt this morning! lol
At this rate all my clothes wont fit me.
I am losing the bulk from what muscle I built up through PowerPlate but I just want to be healthy and slender.
