Keeping on wii-ing in the free world....

I am really into this now.
As if I am getting up a 0525 in the morning to start training.

I have been doing this for the last 3 weeks now and I dont feel like slowing down.
I managed a 30min jog then a bit of muscle training as well.
I already have over 300cals used today, I should be able todo another 500 easy.
I need to feel the ache in the morning!!!!
