BMI 29.92, 14st 13lbs


Come on! Pero bueno!!!
This is what I am talking about!

Looks as though I am on target for the 3lbs a week loss.
I will do the 1.5lb a week easy, that will not be a challenge (not that much of one anyway)
Every entry I am going to put the BMI and weight in there and then I might back track previous blogs and do the same for each title.
I was getting worried because it didnt seem to be going down again but sure enough it stuck to the same pattern.
At some point it will go back up then work its way further down again.

It is so interesting looking at the reasults, it makes you so motivated; seeing it edge down like that.
Using the new wii dumb bell waights really make running a little bit harder.
I will do more of the boxing now with these, that will actually build my sholders and arms abit as well.
I should now try and speeden up my jogging now I reckon.
I should increase the intake of tissue as well.
Tissue is good, thats for sure. with a little bit of pepper on a handfull of tissue you are in for a filling and healthy meal
