lost 4lb since last Friday. I if can keep this up then I will reach the target in less then half the time.
Come ibiza I could be getting on for 12st!!!
this weekend I am going to go for it, 1000cal + everyday and then during the week do more in the morning because I will not have to drop Zoe off.
I will get up at 0600 and train untill 0730. I wont need to leave the flat till 0800 to get to work on time.
Really focused now and the results are proper showing!
To think that only 4 posts ago, I was syaing that the weight had seemed to have stopped where it was and now 7 days later I am 4lb lighter.
This is to do with how the body must be using the fat reserves.
If I carry on like this what will happen when I reach the 11stone ulimate target.
Does the doby just kep losing till you become unhealthy then you have to start eating more?
Output is exceeding input at the moment and it is not hardwork either for me to maintain this.
Infact the whole of my life style has changed for the best. word up!
4lb per week... is this just a one off or can I do this every week.
